Easy Pasta Alfredo

2T Butter

2T Flour

1/2t Salt

1 Cup Chicken Broth

½ Cup Milk

½ Cup Parmesan Cheese

1/4t Black Pepper

1t Parsley Flakes

 

In large saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour and salt.  Gradually whisk in broth and milk. Simmer 5-10 minutes or until gravy-like thickness. Stir in Parmesan Cheese. Add pepper and parsley flakes. Let simmer 15 minutes. Serve over choice of pasta.

 

 

*Optional – add small, cooked shrimp and / or other small vegetables of your choice.
