Autumn Craft with Leaves

Things
Needed:
Leaves
out of your yard
Red,
Yellow, Green, Orange fabric paint
(any
Fall color you'd like)
Colorful Glitter
A
t-shirt, dish towel, canvas, cross stitch
material, etc.
You use
the fall leaves right out of your yard for this one.
You can
make an Autumn shirt; make a pretty dish towel or a picture out of
canvas or other material to frame.
Simply
pour out some of the paint colors you
want in a paper plate and lay your leaves on top of the paint, one color
at a time. After you have paint on the back of each leaf, lay it on the
fabric of your choice and lightly press down. Make sure each point of
the leaf has been pressed to leave an impression of the leaf pattern.
Make
any pattern of your choice and overlapping some colors are very pretty.
If you care to add a little sparkle, lightly sprinkle glitter over
painted leaves while still wet.
You might want to lay
your leaves in advance to get an idea before you paint them. Let your
creation dry completely before framing, wearing or using.
Happy Autumn!
